Birth Doula
Hire me as your Doula for continuity of care and support during your pregnancy, birth and postnatal journey. We'll meet to discuss your wishes, fears and concerns, ultimately formulating your birth preferences. I'm on call to attend your birth, and visit you at home after. Plus you’ll learn amazing OMP techniques!
Birth Doula Plus
The Birth Doula package PLUS additional pre and postnatal meetings, a luxuriously connected Ka Huna pregnancy and postpartum massage, postpartum Doula service, and a postnatal Pilates session to help your core, posture, pelvic floor and injury prevention. Essential You.

In addition to hands-on practical tools, I'm here to help you be present for your birth, feeling nurtured, cared for and assisted in every way possible.
